I'm Brasílian, Google Translator texto.

I bought a package today that had brigadeiros and time bombs and immediately closed it because I had to leave. You can see it in the logs. Now I opened it to play and there are only the others. I thought it was unfair. There are no times with bombs and brigadiers. This means I missed out on these purchases because I didn't play at the time. Is there somewhere that has this information? I feel injured and if the bombs don't come again I will uninstall

Hi @Gioluz🤗 Thank you for replying back and explaining what "Brigadeiro" is!  So, in English, it is called as "Color Bomb"🙂

And, no!  I do not need any other information.  To send your complaint to the King Customer Support team, please follow below steps... you should be able to send them your complaint in Portuguese👍️👍️

* On your game map screen, look for Pink Cogwheel (located in the top right corner);
* In next screen, click on ? icon;
* Now, go down till you see "Purchases"; 
* Look for the suitable option and click on the "Arrow" next to the option;
* Scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" button and click on it;
* Fill the form and Submit it.  Now, you have sent your complaint👍️

Within few minutes, you will receive an automated email from the King team, which is an acknowledgement to tell you that they have received your complaint.

** If you did not hear back from a real agent within 72 hours, you can reply to that automated email you have received today.

Hi, thanks for The fast answer. Brigadeiro  is the best and The most campus candy here. In The game, It is the Black ball with confeti.

I play the game in my cel phone which is an Iphone.

Thank you for explaining the issue you have experienced in your game!  You did a great job with the translation👍️ Only one doubt though... when you said "Brigadeiros" - are you talking about Gold Bars?
