I only get extra moves or extra lives when I'm not in the Crush Cup Tournament. If I'm in the Tournament, they suddenly disappear. I've told them over and over again that it's the ads, and Frankie emailed me back. He refunded me 20 of my gold bars the first time it happened, but every time I've replied back to say it happened again he's ignored me. They are just making me spend all my gold bars, trying to get me spend REAL money (which I NEVER will), and making me come in 30 who knows what place of the Crush Tournament, when I had the chance to place a lot higher. They don't care that the extra moves and the extra lives aren't given because ads don't play, even though ALL of us have told them. TURNING OFF MY PHONE FOR 10 OR MORE SECONDS DOES not WORK freddie!!!!

I think you are lucky you got 20 gold refunded by a very kind customer service advisor. Most others aren't this lucky when they complain about losing their adverts. The issue in this thread is a slightly different one from the one you are experiencing, so you might like to check up on how other players have struggled with losing adverts here:

It's mean over a month since the video ads disappeared. It is impossible to pass levels without the video ads. Please bring them back

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

What happened to the ad features? Can’t watch anymore ads for additional moves anymore.
