⛔ Episode/Weekly Race Gold Bars only partially received or not at all

We're aware that some of you have been experiencing difficulties in receiving your well-deserved weekly and episode race rewards.

There seems to be a hiccup with the All King Games system that's affecting the reward distribution 🛠️

We’re very sorry if any of these problems are affecting your gameplay and of any inconvenience caused. Rest assured that our teams are aware of all these issues, and are working hard to fix them as soon as possible.

Already on my 3rd or 4th win on the champions sprint race. After winning the last one i wasnt rewarded with the 45 gold bars...

Hi I was playing this morning and completed the episode level 13460.

I was NOT rewarded with the gold coins and it moved me right to the next episode.

Can you please let me know if you can reinstate the gold bars for me.

** There is an issue going on in all of the King games from past few hours, which is affecting the rewards, game play, log-in, sending lives, and all other aspects of the game(s). It is being looked at and the King team is trying to resolve the issue as soon as they can.

I am suspecting that, that could be the issue for your missing Gold Bars!!

I would advice you not to play the game anymore till the issue is resolved. Open your game again after few hours and see if your Gold Bars are back in the game. If not, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and request for reimbursement. If you are playing Facebook browser, click on --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

I won the episode race again that supposedly I will get gold bars of 30, but I didn't receive anything again like yesterday.. I keep on buying gold bars ,that's why it's important to me.. give me my winning gold bars. Give what I deserve
