I am sorry!! Are you experiencing a glitch to open the gifts OR you do not have event at all?
If you are experiencing an issue, can you please explain what is happening when you try to open the gifts? Do you have any screenshots to share?

I have event. All it does is play the holiday video. I can't get calender
