I complete a level...move on to the next two levels...and then it goes BACK

Hello,
Been having the issue for a week. Both on Windows computer and iPhone. I've completed level 8132 at least 5x. Gotten to 8134 several times...BUT as soon as I QUIT one of those levels and try again, it takes me back to 8132 and also LOCKS 8132. It has a lock icon. nothing to select. Only option is to uninstall/reinstall app...and then it still only takes me back to UNlocked 8132.
I'm stuck. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Here’s the latest…on my computer, I am using my Facebook *Edited by CM: That's too much personal information. account…using Chrome Browser…I am currently on level 8393 with 594 Gold Bars…
On that same computer, login with the same Facebook account using Safari or Firefox, and it only shows that I am on 8196 with 594 Gold Bars…that’s almost 200 levels LESS!!
On my iPhone with the same Facebook account, it also shows 8196 only!
I tried to sync using the king...solution by logging in, but it doesn't accept my creds..
I don’t want to lose 200 levels, but I want everything to sync…
I also tried the Avatar fix thing, and it didn’t work…
PLEASE HELPPPPP!!!

Hello @marmussa17 I am sorry to hear that you are still having issues, but unfortunately I know next to nothing about Facebook. All I know about Facebook is that it is best to avoid using it as it causes too many issues.
With regards to your attempt at using a King account you need to create one first it won't just accept your existing credentials.
Please can you remove your Gmail address from your post. It is not advisable to share personal contact details with people that you do not know.

Yep….I am having all the same issues. I move to next level if I win..but then if I don’t, and run out of lives, and I go out to retrieve more lives, I can’t get back into that level. I have to go back to the previous level won, win that level to move on.
im frustrated but glad it’s not only me..hahah
might not play bc I’m just wasting lives, until it’s fixed
