I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with Super Color Bomb! The glitch is not on your side, but with the game! Hence, please do not reinstall the game.

every time i try to collect super color bomb it says no internet connection but i can play game
I am having the same problem. I have a super color bomb, but when I click to claim it, it tells me that I have no internet connection. Only 11 hours to claim it...this is frustrating.
I am on a MacBook Air
I was hoping to get the SCB, but it keeps telling me I don't have internet, and well, I do.
With only 20 hours left to grab it. (frowny Face)

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with Super Color Bomb! The issue is not your side! Looks like the game is having a glitch with this new feature.

Every time I try to claim the super color bomb I get a "no internet connection'. I obviously have internet.

It says "No internet connection. Please try again later. I have tried all your suggestions. I believe the problem is with the Candy Crush game.

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Looks like there is an issue with this Super Color Bomb, as I have seen couple more complaints about it!!
Are you seeing only the pop-up that says "no internet connection" or is the game freezing on you?
Can you please try these steps --> log out of the game -- close the App -- shutdown and restart your device after 5 minutes -- reopen the App and try to collect the reward again.
