I just made a $39 dollar charge then get notice of it being over $60 this happens to me all the time. It's ****. Why?

I have a similar experience. Constantly charging me twice for each transaction but I do not get the double lives

Have you checked on your Apple-ID or Google Play account if you have been incorrectly charged or if several purchases have been charged at the same time?
Apple and Google who handles the transactions mat at times merge several purchases that are made in all your apps into one big transaction.
If there has been any incorrect charges, please report this directly to Apple, Google or the platform provider that has access to your account and payment details.

Hello @KarenCarr and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am so sorry you are experiencing this problem. If you follow the advice above Player support should be able to help you out. However you mention this keeps happening. I think it is important to try and figure out why it is happening. When you try and make a purchase, does the game pause before the purchase goes thru? Sometimes the game will say a purchase didn't go thru but in reality when you try again, you actually are making two purchases. What platform are you playing on (mobile or PC) and what software are you using. Also - you may want to check with whatever institution/vehicle you are using to pay for your purchases to see if the problem is there. Player Support can certainly help you with a refund or make sure you get the additional boosters, but I am sure you would like to stop this from happening again.
Also - since you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!

Very sorry about this double charging. Please contact player support directly from your game application setting. As they have your complete history of purchases you can claim refund from them. For more details please follow below link.

Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
