can't get my lives. people get mine but i don't get theirs

i don't know how or where to ask a question but i will take a chance. the computer is a challenge to me but i can play candycrush saga and enjoy it, a few months ago i lost 90 lives saved up and i haven't gotten any til the other day 8 showed up and the next day i had 1 and i never used the others. now i don't get any lives again.
