Problem in the game.

Level 1

when I lost the game and switching one life to other my game stop working. I restart the game and play a game same will happened again. this problem appears on my Mobile, laptop browser.

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game! But, I am very sorry to say that I could not understand the issue!!

    It looks like your game is freezing! Do you see that the screen just stays still and you cannot move candy in a level or cannot click on a level, etc.,?

    Few questions...

    1. Which mobile device are you using?
    2. What do you mean by "switching one life to other"?
    3. So, when you restart the game and play a level, what is happening again? Freezing?
    4. Can you provide a screenshot?

    I am using Samsung Mobile A-21s with following screen appeared and nothing happened I wait hours, the same is happened on my laptop.

    Oh!! It is the "Grey" screen that you are experiencing!! We had few more players that complained about this issue recently, which was resolved!

    Since the issue is isolated at present, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint from your game on Samsung phone, by following below steps⬇️

    1. Click on the Pink Cogwheel you see in the bottom left corner of game Home screen;
    2. Click on ? icon in Setting screen;
    3. Scroll down to "Technical & Connection Issues" and click on it;
    4. Click on the first option "Why is my game crashing/freezing";
    5. Scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" and click on it;
    6. A Form will appear. Fill it out and Submit it.

    NOTE: While explaining about the issue in the box they have provided, mention that you are experiencing this glitch on both your phone and computer browser.


    The initial reply you will be receiving from the King team will be an automated email. See if any steps help to resolve the issue. But, do not try "reinstall" step as you will lose all your saved boosters and they won't be reimbursed.

    Then, wait for up to 72 hours to hear from an agent. By any chance they are busy and you did not hear back, send a reply through that automated email itself and inform that you are waiting for their help.

    Thank you PummyRaj, I believed there was a bug, and I followed your instructions to launch the complaint and now it is working properly on both Mobile and Laptop browsers.
