I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game! But, I am very sorry to say that I could not understand the issue!!
It looks like your game is freezing! Do you see that the screen just stays still and you cannot move candy in a level or cannot click on a level, etc.,?

I am using Samsung Mobile A-21s with following screen appeared and nothing happened I wait hours, the same is happened on my laptop.
This screen appeared on my mobile and game freeze

Oh!! It is the "Grey" screen that you are experiencing!! We had few more players that complained about this issue recently, which was resolved!
Since the issue is isolated at present, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint from your game on Samsung phone, by following below steps⬇️
NOTE: While explaining about the issue in the box they have provided, mention that you are experiencing this glitch on both your phone and computer browser.
The initial reply you will be receiving from the King team will be an automated email. See if any steps help to resolve the issue. But, do not try "reinstall" step as you will lose all your saved boosters and they won't be reimbursed.
Then, wait for up to 72 hours to hear from an agent. By any chance they are busy and you did not hear back, send a reply through that automated email itself and inform that you are waiting for their help.
