Why did I lose all my coins when I connected to my facebook account to save my progress?

my coin bank from 223 coins turns to 0 when I connected to my facebook account to save my progress. and the race I was joining and about to win beforehand I also couldn’t claim the coins when I’m actually ranked the 1st place after connecting to fb. Please explain and what can I do to get all the coins back?

Hi there,

Have you made sure you have connected the game with the correct email address? If yes, try playing a level and let the game open for a little while and see if your Gold Bars are back.

If the game has been backed up, your progress and Gold Bars should sync back.

The Race might take some time to come back but sometimes, it can take days or weeks before having certain feature back.

However your Gold Bars should sync, hopefully they will show up soon but if not, let us know 😉

I mean the progress remains the same as where I am before connecting to the fb account, only gold bars disappeared and the race was off.

Thanks for your info. I have only 1 email address to connect to all the game and social platforms, I also tried to log out and log in again to see if it sync but nothing :(
