1. Open your Candy Crush Saga game and click on the “settings” button in the bottom left corner of your game.
2. Tap the icon of the green cogwheel and the settings menu should appear.
3. Scroll down to “Help Center.”
4. Scroll down to the section of the Help Center titled “Purchases and Gold Bars.”
5. Access the article titled “I have unauthorized purchases on my account,” and read and follow all instructions carefully that the article specifies.

It was on witch saga 3. I have already tried all that. I even filled out the form for refund haven't heard anything on this from King. I did not buy a package on this game.
Hi @jamielynn77, how long ago did you complete that contact form? I heard there was a glitch with it and your message might not have gone through. I don't know where you are playing the game but your options were Mobile, Facebook or King.com. So choose which platform that you use. Then as the subtopic click on the problems with purchase and then type in your comments below that.
