Why is my Chocolate Box frozen??

It's been frozen 4 -3 days now.

Time ran out before I finished the task, but then it continued to count levels, though the clock showed 00:00.

I didn't get any "prize (which obviously I shouldn't either.

I tried to log out several times - no result.

(I play on a PC)

Anyone else experiencing this?

The chocolate box is frozen on my game. I’ve tried all the tips but it’s still frozen. I don’t want to uninstall as I’m on a very high level. I did that once before and ended up at the start again. Please can King look into this. It’s my favourite game!

@QueenB @PummyRaj you need to check with the Studio Team again. The Restart Required issue that is preventing people from claiming their rewards is plainly not caused by a build up of cached memory.

All these things have been recommended and previously tried and it did not change anything. The internet connectivity error message popped up again yesterday. Hopefully the update on Thursday will address this issue.

Update from this morning. I finished the final task of using 1 UFO in the Gold Box, in fact I used 2 UFOs, and it is not even registering as completed. Have a great day😊

Our Community In-charge has contacted the Candy Studio team and found that there are no issues on their side! Hence, they have advised the players to wait for next update!! Let's see if that latest version on Thursday brings the fix🤞

In the meantime, did you try clearing the Cache (not Data) on both your Android phone; and clearing cookies & history on your PC? If not, can you please try and see if that clears the glitch?

I saw few more complaints in the Community and there are multiple complaints in my FB groups! Hence, I have escalated this issue to our Community In-charge.

I do see complaints about Chocolate Box rewards issues every now and then! But, eventually, the feature worked and they did not come back to complain again!! Hopefully, it will work in your game also by the time we finish our discussions🤞

Are you playing on a mobile device or on a computer - Facebook browser? Is it not giving you an option to continue to the next task? Did you switch the browser and see if it works?

--> If you are on mobile device, did you try clearing cache (not Data)?

--> If you are on Facebook browser -- come out of the game -- log out of Facebook -- delete cookies, history etc., -- login to Facebook and open the game -- check if there is any change with the Chocolate box.

Please let me know how it goes! If nothing helped, I will report to our Candy Community In-charge.

I have been complaining about this for weeks with King. Last week it froze just as I was claiming my rewards for the Gold Box. I closed the game and when I got back in it had already started a new game without giving me the rewards. When it is not frozen it keeps giving me an Internet Error connection message which is definitely not the case in my end.

The circle is not always there - I probably just had no gold bars left. The clock is "ticking" - otherwise no movement.

I play on PC - not via Facebook, just the app (downloaded.)

It's been a month now. Tried to reinstall + log out several times. Nothing happens to the choc box.

Guess there's just no maintenance or help in Candy Crush Saga :/

In your opening post, you said you are playing on a PC! Are you playing on Facebook - browser version (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) or the App version on Windows 10/11?

In the screenshot you have provided, I see a spinning circle in place of the Gold Bars!! Do you always see that or is it just now while taking the screenshot?

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
