It's been frozen 4 -3 days now.
Time ran out before I finished the task, but then it continued to count levels, though the clock showed 00:00.
I didn't get any "prize (which obviously I shouldn't either.
I tried to log out several times - no result.
(I play on a PC)
Anyone else experiencing this?

In your opening post, you said you are playing on a PC! Are you playing on Facebook - browser version (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) or the App version on Windows 10/11?
In the screenshot you have provided, I see a spinning circle in place of the Gold Bars!! Do you always see that or is it just now while taking the screenshot?

The circle is not always there - I probably just had no gold bars left. The clock is "ticking" - otherwise no movement.
I play on PC - not via Facebook, just the app (downloaded.)
It's been a month now. Tried to reinstall + log out several times. Nothing happens to the choc box.
Guess there's just no maintenance or help in Candy Crush Saga :/
I have been complaining about this for weeks with King. Last week it froze just as I was claiming my rewards for the Gold Box. I closed the game and when I got back in it had already started a new game without giving me the rewards. When it is not frozen it keeps giving me an Internet Error connection message which is definitely not the case in my end.
