When using the free help item, every time the Pandora ad is shown, it freezes up. Not a question, but complaint.

I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. And, you can do this directly from your game. Please follow below steps⬇️
They will be able to check and report to the game team to take an action from their side!
