Why does my game keep going black and making me start over? I'm losing my lives this way.
I'm on level 9481
Black screen in middle of level& sometimes while watching ads it will go black. Just started this since Monday or Tuesday this week. I have a samsung android Galaxy A12. Google play store is the Candy crush saga app i use. Version 1.272.4.1. This is very irritating losing my lives.

Are you getting the black screen when you are in the middle of playing a level? Are you watching an Ad while the game crashed?
Can you please tell me which device you are using? If you are on a mobile device, the version of the game App, as well as the software version of your device.

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!

I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.
