I am glad to hear that the issue was cleared and you are able to play the game again🤩
With regards to the automated email --> that is the generic response we all receive after sending a complaint. The tips works for simple issues like game crashing, etc.,
But, all other players will have to wait for (up to) 72 hours to hear back from a real agent. After 3 days, you can send a reply thorough that automated email itself and remind the team that you are still waiting for assistance. Somebody will reach out to you soon. This is just for future reference😉
