    @QueenB I presumed as much, but you know what they say about assumptions – LOL. I would like to extend my apologies for contributing to the series of negative posts/comments. I found myself in a situation where I felt compelled to defend, resulting in the editing of others' posts/comments before anyone else could see them, except for mine. If you could please edit/delete those, it would help steer this thread towards the crucial topic at hand. Maybe those desiring a venting outlet could have a separate thread? I shall persist in assisting newcomers without any hesitation.

    @QueenB I was wondering do you monitor these feeds? It seems to me that if we don't send in a report on a comment that's against house rules no one on your staff would ever know there's an issue. I also see quite a few of questions directed towards you and other staff that go unanswered as well. I have seen other not so kind comments as well that remain here also so basically its up to us to monitor the feeds is that correct?
