I ask this because a have a win streak of at least 600..I received my daily play stars. I won my weekly race this week.
Yet I know I have one at least 3 or 4 races ! Yet no gold. I did get candy royal yesterday even though I had to win 21 in a row as stated in a pop up message because of not playing.
I at least try to send plenty of lives almost everyday...
So why are yall withholding gold and events,,,,,,,,,,,,?

Hello @spottedhorse not receiving gold for winning the Episode Race is not due to you not playing everyday it is just the result of an unresolved issue that has been going on for quite some time now.
I did get candy royal yesterday even though I had to win 21 in a row as stated in a pop up message because of not playing.
Having to complete 21 levels to win the Candy Royale has nothing to do with you not playing. The 21 level requirement is a special version of the Candy Royale that is called the Golden Challenge and it only appears at the weekend.

I agree @spottedhorse it shouldn't take weeks to fix an issue that as far as I can see they have caused themselves.

From what I have read you need a lot of patience when dealing with Player Support. One approach that is often mentioned is that you have to keep emailing until you receive an answer that you like.
