We're still on the case, working hard to ensure the glitch doesn't catch anyone else off guard. Good news is, we've managed to fix the problem for quite a few players, but it looks like some of you are still experiencing a bit of a hiccup.
Here's a handy tip to try in the meantime:
There is a workaround and that is to replay and pass the level that your avatar keeps going back to. If you see there are no stars, you need to pass the level again. If there are start, you still need to play the level.
Now if this attempt does not help, please get back to us with the following information:
Your Game ID
The level you are currently stuck on
The level you are supposed to be on
We will then pass your details to Support so they can manually restore your game.

I’m holding the second place, I passed 1300 levels and I have 2 millions points, this guy passed 789 levels and he has 3 millions points
He is cheating, also he confess that he opened the account in multiple cellphone to receive point in each one, he changed the name telling us that. It’s impossible to increase all those, please take out from the platform we are doing the right things
I need help, all stars have disappeared from my screen. It had 2 days in the counter yesterday but there is no sign of all stars. How do I get it back I qualified for the next round

This has been "under investigation" since December 2023. If King cannot fix it why don't they tell us?

It's taken me 8 days to pass a nightmare level, I finally pass it today but it stays on the same game?????? 😭😭😭I used all my boosters too!!
for all those that their device can't sync it is not relevant to device itself it is purely alternate software use.
so if you having this issue make sure you download game from playstore and for those who did download the game mod apk for unlimited resources. you are playing an another game technically so don't complain about sync issues
Hi there. I’m experiencing a syncing issue too. I’m on level 6198 on my iPhone but on my iPad it says I’m on level 577. I’ve tried all of the steps suggested to try and fix this issue but none of them work. So frustrating :( I would really appreciate if this could be resolved asap. My user ID is 13848419483.
When does the 9000 level show…I’m at 9223 and I’m still showing as 8000
I thought my devices were glitching…I make a couple of purchases and they don’t show on the other device. Never had problem before..seems to be an issue. Nor is the progress the same…please help

I have played on my iPad and I am now processing through the levels. My iPhone is still playing on level 6211. I can’t sync the two at all. Hoping that this will be fixed soon
I have done this on numerous occasions since Dec 22ish. Very bad customer service
I can't sync my pc with my phone. I tried to night to put the same data on my phone that I have on my pc in the "community" and got a message that "that password and name is already in use" - I don't know where to go from here they used to sort of match within a single game or so but now they don't sync at all
