Any infinite loop the only way to get out of you have to force close the app and reopen it.

We do not know why some players are experiencing that "loop" glitch!! Since the glitch is not affecting all players, it will be tricky for the Candy Studio to locate the issue and resolve it.
I would request you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint.

** If you are playing on mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, follow these stepsβ¬οΈ
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
- Click on ? icon in the Settings window;
- Go down to "Events" and click on it;
- Select "Chocolate Box" and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill up the form and send your complaint.
