Hello @thisashleyis4u due to the way King delivers their Events and Features to people's games not everyone receives all of the Events that are released. This means that your friend/relative could be playing an Event whilst you can't because you haven't been chosen by King to receive it.
Also in the case of All Stars you need to live in a participating country.
