My understanding is that it is your nationality that counts and nothing else. Being a student in America means you are a visitor and not a resident. In other words what counts is what nationality your passport says you are @Iamnotcassy
So no you will not be eligible to compete in the final if you aren't American and you weren't born in one of the other participating countries.
I have been playing candy crush since high school and I am now getting my masters degree. So you can say I am a citizen of Candy Crush Saga. I will like to ask one question. Why is there no Asian or African country listed in participating countries for the all stars tournament? Not even one. Well you guys have to work on that. I am not saying my country should be added to your list and that is why I won’t say the name of my country. But if you want to really make it a world tournament then everyone should be represented. I am really disappointed in the only game I play.
