Why doesn’t this count as being done the level?

level 9197. Super hard, I get it. But the baby dragons fall all the way down except when it’s the last dragon on the last move?? So you are actually getting one less move to win? This has happened about 5 times now it’s so frustrating! The bottom right corner you can see the last baby dragon and the others fall all the way through the portal to the left side and down but not the last one, I DON’T get it.

There is no portal for the Gummy Dragon to come out of the board. That's why, you lost the level as the Dragon dropped down at the wrong place😕
Do you see that Egg icon at the left bottom of the board? That is missing where the Baby dragon is right now!! And, there is no way for you to win this level unless you purchase extra moves and have a Free Hand booster to switch the Dragon with a candy!!

I think you may have a faulty level @ashwoodward I cannot see a portal on your screenshot, which I have in my game.
In fact, @PummyRaj I have played this level to the end now, so here is another screenshot near the end: As the conveyor belt moves the dragons fall down to the bottom right and down the portal to above where the egg exit is.
So all I have to do is wait now until the conveyor belt moves and the dragons will drop. They will fall down on the right through the black oval shaped portal and come out on the left through the other black oval shaped portal and so drop to safety. @ashwoodward could you compare your board and post a screenshot a few moves before the end of the level, so we can see if the portal is indeed missing? I mean the oval black shape at the bottom right.

Looks like that glitch in your level is what stopping you from winning the level!
I am reporting this level to our Community In-charge. But, you will have to wait till Tuesday for an update. The In-charge team have already left work and won't be coming back until Monday. So, it will take sometime for them to report the level and for the fix to come.
I would suggest you take it easy and not to try this level until it is fixed!
