When we contact the King Player Support team, they always send an automated email, which works as an acknowledgement. You will have to send a reply through that email to contact them again. And then, a real agent will contact you within 72 hours.
** Please remember not to send more than one complaint! It will only delay the process !!
I suggest you keep replying to the automated emails until you do get a reply from a real person.
