Hi @EmElle, I am wondering if it's the phone because no one has reported that happening lately. Let's try some troubleshooting to see if that resolves it.
Also please make sure that you have the most recent version of the game. Please let me know if the troubleshooting works for you. I will keep my eyes open here in the community to see if anyone else reports this. It could be a new glitch starting.
You could send it to me but I can't get into your account to check things out. Are you playing through Facebook? If so, that might be the problem. I don't play any games on Facebook. I only play through the Kingdom. Do you know if you already have a Kingdom account? You can read more about the Kingdom here.
No I only play on my phone, not on facebook. If I have an account on kingdom would the mean I would have registered an email account? I only remember adding a profile name and picture
Check your settings on the bottom left side of the page. Look for the King icon and click on it. Try to create an account with the email address that you always use. If you have registered with them then it will say that the email is already in use. If it doesn't then create a password and please play through the Kingdom. If you never played through either one then your progress will take you back to level 1 because it doesn't know that you have already been playing the game.
