Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We've heard your reports about the crystal bombs in levels 1881 and 1882 not sparking joy, or explosions! Our game wizards are already on a quest to find and fix the glitch.
While they wave their magic wands, please try restarting your game or checking for any updates. Sometimes a little refresh is all it takes! And don't worry, we'll keep you updated as soon as we have the fix ready 🙂
I’m facing this as well, lost all my big 6-day play power ups, tons of progress on challenge extras (season pass, daily treat machine is gone and obviously downgrading in absence, Sam’s streak, candy boxes, etc.).
Really really frustrating!😭 Uninstalling/deleting the app does nothing. Reached out to customer service and didn’t hear back, but got a request for customer service experience feedback.

You must have received an automated email after you sent your complaint, right? Please send a reply through that (first) automated email and explain about the issue. Since the investigation is already started, that's what they might update you with.
