Lost Boosters

After re-installing the game (one week of uninstallation), all my powerups/boosters are gone. Please help.

@tucking_fypo I am so sorry that you lost your boosters @firebombmarkus is right that you will lose them if you reinstall the game as they are saved to your device.

If you can give me your game ID (numeric code) I will add a few sweet treats as a gesture of goodwill :-)

I am not sure if it's possible to go back to the previous buddy in Buddy Challenge. Therefore, I will tag our super sweet Community Manager @Cezdiamond and we will see together if this is actually possible or not.

If you read carefully the post I gave you link to says this "In addition, it also means if you reinstall the game or delete the important data holding the boosters, they’ll be lost and cannot be recovered". So this might happen also if you reinstall your game or your device crashes.

Your boosters are saved on your device's memory, therefore you can reach them anytime, even if you are offline. Unfortunately, if you change the device all of your boosters will be gone. Hence, we don't recommend storing a lot of boosters, just use them to play and have fun.
