Yes, of course! You can play on 2 devices with same account. But, not at the same time, as you will get "syncing" issue! Close one device and open the game on 2nd device.
I too play on 2 devices - iPad and Android phone! When I am out of lives on one device, I move on to another device.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
