Hi,I've got a new phone my apps from my old phone have transferred to this one,but my progress as not been saved.Its took me back to level 1,when I am on level 8000+.How do I get back to my level.Thanks in advance.

Have you saved your game on your old phone either with Facebook or Kingdom account? If so, did you make sure that you have logged in with the same account you used on your old phone?

I've managed to restore my progress.I went into faqs, they mentioned deleting my Facebook account waiting 10 seconds then re installing it,then deleting candy crush, then reinstalling it.Sign back in to Candy Crush it gives you the option to sign in using email or Facebook.I choose Facebook,it then said resave your progress.Did this and back to normal.Hope this helps bear 7202.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
