Changing to new ipad

Question

hello, I’m in need of some help. I have just gotten a new iPad as my old one couldn’t update anymore, I also couldn’t update the candy crush app. I’ve transferred the app but lost all my levels. I don’t have an account and I’m unable to make one because when i am only able to press the update button on the screen, I can’t press settings. My old ipad can’t update so I’m unable to make an account. How can I get back to the level I was on before ? Thank you

you might have to update your last version if you are linking to iPhone. But you need to make an account or it won’t save
