I've been stuck on level 15280 and havent been able to get extra moves using gold bars that i earned through races. Today, i disconnected my account and reconnected it just to try to make the connection work but unfortunately all my gold bars( 7000 something) did not get synced. Ive tried filing a report but it seems i'm only getting an automatic robot response. Please help me

When you transferred your game to your new phone, except for Gold Bars, did you receive your level progress and friends list?
I have noticed that you have opened this post on May 3rd! Is that when, you got your new phone and switched?

I didnt purchase those gold bars. I accumulated them through races. When i was trying to sync my progress in another phone those gold bars did not come back. I lost about 7000 something gold bars and that's just very depressing to be honest.

Of course i didnt switch my phone. I had to reset my phone because of a software problem. When i downloaded the game back i tried to Sync it back but it only restored my progress and not the gold bars. . I wish this could be resolved.

Some of the players that logged in with King account were experiencing an issue and losing Gold Bars were one of those issues! Hence, I wanted to make sure that you are not one of those players with that glitch. If you have time, please check —> Here
With regards to the missing Gold Bars in your game, since you are on mobile device, please open this link and follow the steps provided —> How to contact the Player Support team to report an issue
The last step says "Purchased items not received"! If you find, feel free to select other option👍️
