I can not login either on my Chromebook, says false password and if i try to reset it says unknown email… logging in here ( of course same email) works….hate that i can not play haha

I don't think that the opening post is the same as the issue you are experiencing right now!
Thank you for informing that you are playing on Chromebook.
I do not have Chromebook, hence I am not familiar about how it works!
Do you play the App version of the game OR do you play on Chrome browser? If it is App version, do you log in through Facebook OR King account?
Please reply back by typing below🍫🍫
I do play app yes, and on my phone too ( android) it is "solved"they state in email.. but i am down to level 1 and about to cry ( was over level 6000) ….

Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR King account (with email)?
Can you show me a screenshot of that email you have received? Please cover your name, email address, etc.,
To post your screenshot, tap on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner of the comment box.
I got another email too which i added here, i am still on level 1.. :( I just want to move on haha
My login.. which i use for years… and than…
I can cry haha :(
"Funny"thing is here on my king account seems all to be new too, i had a lot of messages and badges and they are gone too…

Looks like you are experiencing the same glitch as many other players in this discussion —> Unable to log into Kingdom, lost Friends list, Gold Bars, etc., Our Community In-charge updated us today that the issue was fixed today.
There are the steps provided by our Community In-charge. Please try these steps👇️and see if it works…
The issue should have been fixed and you should be able to connect back to your King or Facebook account so your progress, Gold Bars, profile picture gets synced again.
All you have to do is restart the game app - (always make sure you have the latest game app version installed) 😉
No i am still on level 1 … on both my laptop, and my phone, using the login from KING account, but here is all my info gone too… i have no batches, and i have a totally different icon too.
Can you please help… i do not understand.. i u se the same login for years now… i do not want level 1 of course…
