App Store Glitch

Level 2

When I run out of moves, the game immediately goes to contacting app store and then just circles around buffering. No question like Do you want extra moves? I am on an IPad. I have closed and restarted, turned off wifi and turned on. Any other ideas?

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I am not sure why it is happening in your game, and this is the first time I am hearing about this issue😕

    Yes, Candy Crush Saga Version 2.78.1.1. It started having trouble a couple weeks ago by wiping out all my friends for several days then they magically reappeared. Now I just get contacting store when I run out of moves. I am on level 4989 but Indo not think it is a level issue.

    i still am unable to contact the app store. On one hand, it saves me $ but on the other, I can’t spend my gold bars.

    Hi. Did you ever find a fix on this. I am now nearly 3 weeks with the same issue. I have reported it numerous times but get no response.

    Is there any update on these issues. Many people are reporting connection issues. Me included. I have tried all of the suggested options but they don’t seem to have any effect.
    I have asked for support in the Community but no one has an answer. Just more and more people reporting the same problem.
    I have had this for nearly 3 weeks now.
