It only seems fair to me that if you pay for extra moves, you should be able to keep them, even if you lose the level at which you bought them. They should carry over until you’ve used them up.
I think I agree with you @catcrush If you use real money to buy your gold then if you purchase moves with that gold then it doesn't seem right that you lose any moves you have purchased. If you are just using gold obtained by playing the game then I see no reason for the moves to carry forward. When you buy the extra moves you are trying to complete a particular level so the extra moves should not effect the next level. People can receive 200 extra moves for ten gold bars. That number of extra moves would really effect the game and King would then have to build that into the level difficulty.
Anyway all that said ideas on the subject of moves aren't allowed as stated by the Master List of Ideas.

The studio appears to doing some testing with timed boosters. First a large group of people lost the ability to get regular boosters from collecting sugar drops and got timed boosters instead. Now it appears that some people are getting timed boosters for the daily calendar and some said they even get some with the daily…
Collecting Sugar Drops has been an integral part of the game and a much loved feature where players had the opportunity to collect them and earn free rewards every day. It now appears the studio plans to take it away. Please vote here if you want the studio to bring back this ability.

Many Candy Crush Saga players would like to see more opportunities to win the UFO and Party boosters. How about adding them to the Daily Treat Calendar?
