Hi @Colleen12 I am interested in your comment here since I sent a recent email to King Support as well, asking them to clarify the "one account per platform" rule, which still bewilders me, especially after Support suggested you to open a second new account! I have had nothing but automated emails from them, too. I'm still waitingβ¦. If I don't hear anything then I will take it as an answer that nobody at King really knows what this clause means nor that there is anyone at King to enforce their rule.

King don't respond to questions through Player Support @christinewupp
I asked them why hasn't there been any new information posted about the All Stars winners here or on their social media channels.
I got nothing but automated answers.
My conclusion was that not that they don't know but that Support only answer to game problems and not actual questions

First I thought it was only happening on weekends and they were getting back to me early in the week but not anymore for some reason. My question is simple I have asked them to explain why on my Android Tablet the Champions Race award is 40 Gold Bars yet on my laptop with Windows 10 there are 45 Gold Bars awarded. Their typical response was to make sure my app was updated before they investigated further which I confirmed and have received nothing since then. The award differences have been like this long before I created a new account. This can also make a significant difference depending on how many episodes you pass π

I also find it odd that one post gets posted yet another does not. Both are replies to comments on this specific post today. Is there something here in the Community that triggers this ie a word, number of posts. I going to start posting the Post Number and date for each entry to illustrate my pointπ

I had posted my question under the "legal and privacy" header and the automated reply said that the legal team were very busy and if my question was game related I should repost it elsewhere. Judging by your query I would guess that all of their legal team are still busy sorting out how to run the All Stars final.
