Why my candy crush page turned dim. cannot play
Since yesterday, when I open the game, the screen goes dark and it doesn't respond to any touch inputs. I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra with Android. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Using my family member's account works perfectly, but the issue only occurs with my account. Could it be that my account was blocked because I played on multiple Android devices?

If you didn't, can you check and let me know?
If you have Windows 10/11 on your computer, please download the App through Microsoft Store and see if can play the game.Please let me know how it goes🍫🍫

I tried logging into my family member’s account on the same device, and it worked perfectly fine. It’s only my account that’s having this issue. If I have been blocked, please let me know so I can stop waiting and stop searching for a solution.

Hi,
I tried logging into my account on several devices, and the same issue occurred. Sometimes I can get into the game just before the screen turns dim. After completing one level, it turns dim again and I can't continue. My Game ID is 1130205485, and I log in using Facebook.
However, my account returned to normal last night and I can now play the game without any issues. Thank you for your response and help😘. Have a great night and weekend!
