"Helping Friends" feature is still in testing! Hence, as of now, it is only possible to help the players that are stuck in a level - if the request pops-up in our game!
And, yes! It is random whose name will pop up in our list to play their level!
Just like how it is not possible to pick a specific friend and help, unless they showed up in the list, it is not possible for us to ask for help on a level we are stuck on either!! It is the game system that triggers it and as of now, we cannot send requests manually🙃

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
