Thank you for informing that you are using a Samsung phone. Which version of Candy Crush Saga app do you have right now? Also, what is the software version on your Samsung phone?
When you try to use Gold Bars, do you see any error message OR constantly spinning circle? If so, can you show me a screenshot of that error message?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
