Can’t buy boosters!!

Long time player, first time posting. It’s been a few days since I have not been able to buy new boosters using my gold. I still have my old boosters…. I just can’t buy any more! When I go to my profile, it doesn’t show me my boosters anymore or the ability to buy new ones.

In the screenshots, you can see I still have all my boosters while playing a level…. And in the profile, it just gives me the option to edit my name. No booster options!

Anyone know how I can fix this? I’ve tried logging out and in, but no luck. Tried searching for solutions online and the forums, but nothing. Please help.

I appreciate the info and advice. But I’m fairly certain about the candy royale being removed(atleast for my game) due to the “excess gold”.

A while back, we had a pop-up where if you spent a certain amount of gold within a given time, you’d get more gold. I forget what it was called(gold machine?). The pop-up came in regular intervals, so I would try to accumulate gold and spend it when then pop-up would come. But every time I went past the 400-500 accumulated gold mark, my candy royale would disappear. So I just stopped accumulating gold.

I’ve had this happen enough times to believe it’s not a coincidence.

Edit: BTW, I’ve been receiving the “Top That” over the last few weeks, but I still had my candy royale until a few days ago.

I don't think having more Gold Bars is the reason for you to not receiving Candy Royale🤔 I have less than 150 GB in my main game since All Stars, yet, I did not receive the feature!

One reason could be "Top That" event! I don't know if you had it in your game or not! But, while I was playing that, I did not see other special events (other than Chocolate Box & Season Pass)!

Candy team has been testing various modes for this feature!

Last week, I saw a pop-up of different tiers in my 2nd game (where I had about 1000 GB) but the race did not start! Although it said I already took part in the first tier, I did not😂

This is a different pop-up that appeared on my iPad on a different day (I didn’t play this either🤷‍♀️)!!

Basically, what I want to say is, please do not think that you are not receiving the feature because you have some extra Gold bars. Many of the features are still in testing! Hence, they shine for a while & then disappear!
Since the feature is in a new shape now, may be King is sending to few players at a time to see how we receive it!

Please make sure that you update the game regularly, there is at least 2 GB free space on your device memory, and you are active in the game! Then, you should be all set to receive latest features👍️👍️

Another issue with not being able to spend my gold is that I’ve stopped getting candy royale when I play. This happens when I accumulate more than 400-500 gold. My candy royale just disappears as it has now. That’s a lot of gold I’m not getting every time I play.

Like you said, the boosters you have will last for a while to play many levels👍️

All the players that gave their feedback about this change said they did not like it! I still have my Inventory intact, but I do not like the change either! Hopefully, King will listen to their players and bring the Inventory back.

I don't think you will use up your boosters by then! Even if you do, you should be able to purchase while playing the game👍️ In my game, I have purchased Lollipops & Free Switch boosters many times, while in middle of playing a level.

I have enough already purchased/stored boosters to last me a while… but if this is not eventually fixed and I run out of boosters, I’ll just stop playing. I’ve never used money on the game and this may be an effort to see if I will use $ to purchase if I can no longer use my gold. My answer is a resounding no!! I suspect others in this test group are also not spending $ on the game.

Hello and welcome to our community @BrownBelt . You are part of a small test group to which I also belong, who have had their inventories removed! There have a been a handful of complaints and the Community Manager has been asked to look into this, because it makes no sense to us at all why King would want us to not spend our gold to buy boosters! But yes, it does seem to be intentional and not an error or glitch. We also discussed it here (click on the green link to view):

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have not…
