I can not connect to the app store

I did every option available with restarting phone, checking updates, starting app with no internet then activating WiFi after opening, then deleted and reinstalled even tho I knew I would lose all my boosters….i had like 60 bombs, 35 square candy bombs, and 35 fishes. All gone. Still no App Store after relogging in my account.
