I was having consistent connection problems in the game today. I tried all the troubleshooting options;switching between wifi/data, clearing play store cache, logging out, restarting device. When I tried logging back it it wouldn't let me and said there were still connection issues. I reset my personal modem but it even continued on data. I finally un-installed and reinstalled candy crush and now the connection issues are resolved but ALL of my boosters and lives I was sent from friends are gone. How do I recover these? When I first logged out the app said all progress would be saved.

I am so sorry that you have reinstalled the App because of the issue😕
The game did not start working because you have reinstalled the App, but the King team has fixed the issue!
But, you lost all the boosters & lives because you deleted the App! Only the game progress & the Gold Bars will be saved to the King Servers. Whereas, the boosters & stored lives are stored to the device local storage, which will be deleted along with the App!!
