I always had the ads and free boosters UNTIL last week when I bought a booster from the "shop". Once I did that, the ads NEVER came back, same with my daughter and a bunch of my friends

I've had extra moves/booster ads for years. Then for the first time I made a purchase and the ads are disappeared. Waited for months but nothing changed. Now it takes weeks and hundreds of lives to pass a level. Really "relaxing". Punishing a buyer it's the kindest and smartest thing I've ever seen. Congrats.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

This is now getting out of hand and King does not seem to care.about it other than putting the same old explanation for the past 3 years+, I've been stuck on a level for the past three weeks and there's no way you can finish it with the moves given, I made a mistake of purchasing gold bars a few weeks back and since then I do not get any boosters, moves etc, I have been playing this gamefor over 9 years, I'm on level 16k and now I think it's time to move on, we'll done King
