Ads are not appearing
Recently the option of viewing ads in order to Win livres or boosters stopped appearing to me. I went to my account configurations but the personalized ads button is not working ( I click and It does not take me anywhere). I checked my phone aps permissions and the permission is enabled. I play with Android phone. I would like to see the ads again. What should I do?

Hold down on the app icon and go to setting and clear your cache and history! And force stop the app if it says it is running. Then reopen the app and resign back into the same google or Facebook account you used to play the app with! This should fix that issue for you!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
