If you have been actively playing the game everyday, the game on your mobile device is updated with the latest version and there is at least 2GB free space on your device, and still did not receive the special event… it just means that you are not included in the group to receive this feature!
But, no need to be despaired! You just make sure that you keep updating your game App as well as the Software on your mobile device and you too will receive the event. But, just a matter of time🤞

No didn't spend money for any event but my friends also didn't spend money and my all friends have activated sweet cinema.
Have you ever spent any money on Candy Crush Saga? Players who spend real money won't get the events involving ads. Even if you don't spend money, your events will always be different from what other players get. Candy Crush gives a different mix of events to different players.
But my friend download candy crush saga at date 10 may 2024 and she got sweet cinema feature.while I m playing candy crush saga last 9 years but I have not get this feature still. Why?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
