I participated in and won the "Gift Card Galore" event 2 weeks ago. It was said that the gift card would be emailed last week, but I have not / did not receive anything. 😡 Feeling duped.

Hi @QueenB I have finally found a way to reach support online and I submitted a question (I hope it will open a ticket). I have just received the generic "we have received your message" email from support. Thanks for getting us here, hope this issue gets resolved soon and people get their promised gift card

On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...
...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:
