Why can’t I play audio books candy crush?

For 2 years I have been able to listen to audiobooks and play Candy Crush at the same time. In the past few days my audio book stops when I start playing my game. I’ve reinstalled all the apps for games and books, as well as Facebook. What else can I do? It’s irritating me!!

My apologies for missing to update you before🙏

Candy King team is still working on the issue. But, they found a work-around and our Community In-charge gave a work-around —> HERE, that will resolve the issue temporarily.

Here are the steps⬇️ Please try and see if it works for you too…

If you're planning on listening to Spotify while playing and the music stops as soon as open the game app, try this:

Go to Settings from the game board and select Audio:

Now, try moving the music volume slider up and then back down to zero (effectively muting it), and then go back to Spotify and select Play and then back to the game and see if the issue persists.

Hope this makes sense! Apparently, you will have to repeat this process when you close the game app and open it again.

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Musical season
Hello, I played so hard and purchased lot of coins to get 300 coins in musical season task, I finished 8 and still have the 9 one and I can't see it, yesterday I checked I see that I have 36 hours to be done. What can I do now it is not fair at all
Where did my gold bars go?
I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
