Hello i won the gift card galore tournament and i have not received any email in regards to the gift card. When will i be receiving it? Thanks!

Here are a few steps to ensure you receive your reward:

* Check your email —> Make sure the email linked to your account (Facebook or King) is valid and not hidden by Apple sign-in.
* Get Emails from King —> Head over to your account settings (Privacy and Security section) and ensure you are subscribed. Make sure this option is switched on and that your email is correctly entered.

* Email Reminders —> Winners will receive an email reminder to check their account details, so don't forget to check your spam folder too!
* In-game pop-up —> Keep an eye out for an in-game reminder to update your profile if needed.
* Deadline —> If all your information is correct, you should receive your reward by the 26th of June. If not, please get back to us on that date.
