We cannot give you boosters or any physical help to pass, only tips! This video might help. You will need to wait for a lucky board like that seen in this video to help you pass. You can see how this player took every opportunity to make wrap/stripe combos to hit the fish boppers. That would be the winning strategy here. The game won't always allow this, but if you get a wrapped candy to form then watch out carefully of how you might be able to match it with a stripe. Good luck!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
