There is an order lock section requiring 90 toffee swirls removed, but only 81 toffee swirls exist on the board. One row of 5 deep, one row of 4 deep toffee. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. Please help!

Hello @allkingfish Yes, some players have a faulty version of this level and there is a row with one layer of toffee swirls apparently missing. This has been reported and I think this level may be totally impossible to pass until this gets fixed so please don't waste any boosters on it. Hopefully after the weekend this will get fixed. I have the same problem. I started having the issue with 9. Now it is up to 36. Guess I won’t be playing until Monday (and I can stop wasting lives and extra boosters).
Same issue here! Screenshots are from two different attempts. One before I updated the app and one afterwards. Still ridiculous. Can't play until they fix this. And I wasted several boosters! I sent a report but wanted to validate your same frustration

Hello @solongeh This level has a fault in it for some players and it has been reported. Unfortunately this will not get sorted during the weekend as King take a break over the weekend. I fear there is one layer of toffee swirls missing in some versions of this level and if this is the case it must be impossible for you to pass.

I clear all the blockers in level 15775 but the game tells me I have 9 left.

I have checked out this level in my game and once you have got rid of the skulls, collected the keys and got the three yellow candies, another two rows of toffee swirls open up, as shown in my screenshot.
It's a hard task, but possible. Good luck!
Thank you for the responses, above is what I am seeing.
After clearing the skulls and keys, you can see the second row of toffees is missing the fifth tier giving me only 81 toffees to try and remove the order lock to let the yellow candy fall. So would I be forced to use lollipop hammers to remove the yellow candies?

Thank you for posting that screenshot which makes it clear that your version of this level has indeed one layer of toffee swirls missing. As you can see from my screenshot I have five layers of toffee on both of the top two rows, so I cannot understand why you don't! Please could someone look into this? @PummyRaj @QueenB ?
(Yes, I did use lollipops to destroy the yellow candies in my post above, as I was trying to see what the 3 yellow would unlock, but of course you are right @squiglego2000 that this cannot be how the level is intended to be played! )

You have to clear 90 blockers before the yellow candy will fall. I clear all 90 but it says I have 9 more. But there are no blockers left. And the yellow candy won't fall.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
